Due to unforeseen circumstances the workshop will be closed from Saturday 30th August until Saturday 6th September. Any orders received between those dates will be shipped on Monday 8th September. Irons received for repair will be securely stored and will be repaired ready for return on the 8th September or soon after.

Two brand new MELF resistors suitable for repairing GHD 4.0b's where R8 has gone open circuit. This resistor is rated at 1 Watt - the higher the wattage, the less likely it is to fail during use.
These resistors are high quality 1 watt, 350 volts metal film types.
Please check the mains cable/socket connection for any wear/sparking. Replace both if required.
