Did you forget to include paperwork with your parcel?

If you have sent in a repair or a pair of broken GHD's for me to purchase but forgot to include any paperwork then the video below is for you.

Generally, we pay for all broken GHD's the day they arrive. This is when customers send us old GHDs they no longer want and we buy them for the spare parts so we can repair other customer's irons. If you haven't been paid and you posted them some days ago please feel free to contact us.

The same goes if you sent your irons in for repair, but overlooked including the paperwork. If you have not received an email saying your irons have been repaired three or four days after posting them to me please feel free to contact us.
