Delivery / Shipping Information
Order Dispatch Times
We strive to provide a speedy delivery service whenever possible and like having happy (straight haired) customers.
Therefore orders are normally dispatched same day if you place your order before the Royal Mail collects from us at 4PM Monday - Friday.
Please note, if you have selected Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1PM, that refers to the Royal Mail service and does not necessarily mean we can process the order the same day you placed it.
Whilst posting orders out the same day is our goal, circumstances can sometimes mean that this can't be achieved and an order will go out the following day.
If in any doubt, please contact us before ordering for clarification.

UK Shipping (including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man)
Shipping is a flat rate of £3.99 for any spare parts order. Return shipping is included on repair services.
If your order includes one of our repair services, then you won't be charged anything extra as part of your order for shipping. If you've ordered spare part(s) at the same time as the repair service, then we'll ship the spare part(s) when we return your GHD's to you.
Shipping in the UK is done using Royal Mail 1st class post.
Your order should arrive within 2 working days of you receiving notification via email that your order has been shipped/completed. If your order does not arrive, please let us know.
International Shipping
The cost for overseas shipping is a flat fee of £19 and your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed delivery service.
Delivery times are 3 to 7 days.
Please note; your country may charge you import duties and/or fees to allow your parcel in to your country. This is out of our control and is the responsibility of the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us because a customer refused delivery/refused to pay the duties or fees we will process a refund minus the postage fee of £19 and a restocking fee of 50% of the order value.
International Repairs
If you are sending an item for repair the following MUST be on the parcel.
Customs declaration for sending irons to us
On the postal form (CN22 / CN23 or courier invoice):
-
Description: Hair straightener – sent for repair and return
-
Reason for export: Temporary export for repair
-
Value: £30
-
HS code: 8516.32
-
Country of origin: China
-
Return to: original owner
This signals to customs that it is not a purchase.
You must put this information on the outside of the parcel, failure to do so will result in import duties and fees which we are unable to pay!
