Delivery / Shipping Information

Order Dispatch Times

We strive to provide a speedy delivery service whenever possible and like having happy (straight haired) customers. Therefore orders are normally dispatched same day if you place your order before the Postie visits. If you are in a real hurry, then please add a comment to that effect when you check out and we'll try to make sure delivery is as quick as possible.

UK Shipping

If you spend £9 or more then postage is free. Otherwise a £3 postage fee will be added when you check out your shopping cart. Shipping in the UK is done using Royal Mail 1st class post.

Your order should arrive within 2 working days of you receiving notification via email that your order has been completed. If your order does not arrive, please let us know.

International Shipping

We no longer ship to any country other than the UK as we got far too many orders returned due to customers failing to pay import duties.

We do not accept overseas repair orders.
