Brand new 160 Ohm replacement heater element compatible with all Mk 3 GHD straighteners (including GHD3, 3.1B, SS and SS2 models). This heater element measures 15mm x 70mm.

You must renew the thermal paste when fitting a new element. This is available as an optional extra with this item.

The temperature must be checked and adjusted after fitting a replacement element!

You will need a temperature tester and must then adjust the potentiometer on the PCB to attain 186 Degs C

Only the tiniest movement of the potentiometer should be made between temperature checks.
