All major brands of hair straightener can be repaired for £24.94

If you wish to send your Hair Straighteners away for repair then can offer a repair service for all major brands of Hair Straightener including GHD, Gorgeous, FHI and Kodo Creative.

The service costs a flat rate of £24.94 and this price includes all electrical parts, labour, packaging and 1st class recorded return postage. The only thing that is not included is if any replacement arms are required, for example if the hinge is broken. These will be charged at £10 each (we will contact you once we have inspected your GHDs and worked out what is required). Other than that there are no other costs. All genuine GHD (including the GHD3, 3.1b, SS (wide), SS2, MS, 4.0B, 4.1B, 4.2B, 4.2B, SS4.0, MS4.0) can be repaired. All repair work comes with a 3 month warranty.

All repairs will be returned with a free heat mat to protect you and your furniture after you have used your straighteners.

The process for sending your Straighteners for repair involves three simple steps:

Step 1

Decide how you would like to pay. We have 3 options:

1) Click the "Buy Now" button below and make payment with your credit card, debit card or Paypal.

Only £24.94 inc VAT

2) Include a cheque or postal order for £24.94 payable to "Ion Originals".

3) Write your credit or debit card details on the form in step 3 for offline processing.

Step 2

Print off and complete your returns form - repair_returns_form.pdf. If you don't have access to a printer please include all the details required on the form by hand. If you can't open the form, the information you should include when sending us your straighteners is listed here.

Step 3

Send your faulty straighteners with your completed repair return form to the repair centre. You can download and print an address label here. A recorded postal delivery service is recommended.
