The GHD Platinum S8T262 is different to the GHD Platinum S8T261, even though it looks the same from the outside!

The design and technology used in the Platinum S8T262 model means that there are not many spares available, but we can repair some faults.

The mains cable and socket on this model is very reliable so only change the mains cable if it is physically cut or damaged in some way that would stop power getting to the irons.

If it is intact do not change it hoping to cure a fault.
