3. Overseas Shipping

Can I purchase parts and have them shipped overseas?

The cost for overseas shipping is £19 and your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed delivery service.

Delivery times are 3 to 7 days.

Please note; your country may charge you import duties and/or fees to allow your parcel in to your country.

This is out of our control and is the responsibilty of the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because a customer refused delivery/refused to pay the duties or fees we will process a refund minus the postage fee of £19 and a restocking fee of 50% of the order value.

 

Repair services

If you are sending an item for repair the following MUST be on the parcel.

What the sender should write on the customs declaration

On the postal form (CN22 / CN23 or courier invoice):

• Description: Hair straightener – sent for repair and return

• Reason for export: Temporary export for repair

• Value: £30

• HS code: 8516.32

• Country of origin: China

• Return to: original owner

This signals to customs that it is not a purchase.

You must put this information on the outside of the parcel, failure to do so will result in import duties and fees which we are unable to pay!
