From day one, our choice of delivery partner has been Royal Mail.

In our many years of experience with the Royal Mail their service has been excellent.

The figures are very good.

20,000 GHD Repairs posted back to customers. Only two have ever gone missing. Strangely both to the Isle of Man.

51,000 total orders posted out to customers worldwide. Only 1 or 2 a year go missing.

We hear daily complaints about all other delivery services and couriers, that is why we use Royal Mail exclusively.

Our customers get Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and Royal Mail 1st Class Small Parcel services at £3.49

With the option to pay for Special Delivery, at £10, if they wish.

Please note, postal charges are not refundable if you return an item for a refund or exchange.

Customers who wish to return an item are responsible for paying the return postage charges.

Sadly we've taken the decision to no longer ship overseas as a high proportion of orders get returned to us when customers don't pay the import duties. Therefore we only ship to the UK.
