These GHDs are in good second hand condition so you shouldn't be disappointed with their condition. If you purchase a pair of refurbished GHDs and on reciept they are not up to the standard you expected then you may return them within 14 days for a full refund.

We warranty them against failure for 3 months after purchase - if they break you can return them for free repair. This warranty does not include accidental damage or failure due to mistreatment.

We also offer part exchange - if you send us your old broken GHDs within 30 days of purchasing a refurbished pair, then we'll refund you up to £15 (see the Broken GHDs page for exact refund amount)
