Thank you for an impressive job on my GHD straighteners that I was so close to throwing away. I am so pleased I found this repair option. I sent my straighteners off on Wednesday (after following the very useful video on how to pack them correctly), I received an email on Thursday with details of the repairs that had been done, and they were back with me on Friday. I received an email just one day after I posted them off detailing the work undertaken. An impressive list of parts replaced and work carried out. Absolutely brilliant and I recommend without hesitation. My wife is very happy and we saved quite a few pounds when you consider the cost of a new set!!
