Excellent service. I initially sent an e mail to check the model could be fixed and received a quick response. I posted on Friday and received them back on Tuesday in full working order and well packaged. A good price too!

Brilliant.
Repaired 2 pairs of straighteners for me - sent them off over the weekend they were sent back by Wednesday all fixed.
Kept updated during the process and told why it was broken.
Highly recommended and saved me £250 on having to buy new ones

This is my second time using this GHD repair service - the first was about 5 years ago for the same pair of hair straighteners (different issues both times).
Service is excellent, really easy to do and received my fixed straighteners back within a few days of sending them!
Both times I thought I’d have to purchase new straighteners, but opted for this service instead and both times the straighteners returned to me in full working order (which saved me significant money (as we all know GHD’s aren’t cheap!) and much better for the environment than throwing away).
Excellent service, would not hesitate to use in the future if needed and would recommend to anyone I know! Thanks :)
