My GHD's gave up on Sunday. Sent them for repair on Monday after completing the straightforward pre payment method and have them back this morning...THURSDAY. Wonderful service thanks a lot. I will certainly recommend to friends.

Very good service. I originally ordered a cable to repair it myself, unfortunately there were a few other issues.

I sent the cable back with the straighteners on Monday. Received a full refund for the original cable, and the straighteners were back with me on Wednesday, with new cable and innards, in full working order!

Great service. I sent my GHDs off on Tuesday afternoon and they were returned by Thursday morning. Fixed and working perfectly. I had put off fixing them for ages but I should have done it sooner as it was so quick and easy. Thank you very much.

I just wanted to thank you so much for all your help in fixing my ghds. After having them for 9 years I debated for a week whether to try and repair them or whether to splash out on a new pair but I'm so glad I contacted you as from the first email contact your service has been excellent. From prompt replies to emails, to regular updates on their status and most of all for doing it so quickly! I only posted them to you on Tuesday lunchtime and when I returned from work today (Thursday) there they were and almost as good as new. My only regret is I didn't send them sooner!
