Hi Gary. On Monday my GHDs had a faulty wire that sparked at me then they died. On Tuesday I paid and sent them. Today (Friday) I received them back fully functioning with a new wire and having been PAT tested.

Fantastic turn around I'd say and all for £24.94!!

Posted my Ghds late on Wednesday and they were repaired and sent back by Saturday! Had made payment online, received confirmation within a few minutes. My wife's GHD V's packed up a few weeks ago and was being nagged to sort them out. Found this site via google, was a little hesitant at first, but thought it was worth a try as it may save the price of a new pair. Posted the GHD's on Thursday, and they were returned back on Monday.
