Absolutely brilliant service, posted my irons on Friday, received an email on Saturday afternoon to say they were fixed, they were posted on Monday and received them back on Tuesday! They work perfectly again now and had even been PAT tested, I would highly recommend these as the super quick service meant that i was only without my straighteners for a few days - although it was a horrible few days! Thank you so much!

Great service! I was very impressed at how quickly my fault was dealt with, I recieved an email within 24hours to say my GHD's were fixed and what was wrong with them (faulty fuse), letting me know they are ready to be be dispatched, providing a link to the Royal Mail tracking service. They arrived back working and not a scratch on them. Very reliable and professional, I have recommended to my friends and family. Brilliant customer service! Thank you

So pleased, amazing repair service & for the price. I was thinking about binning my straighteners when I realised they were not working, but after finding this service I was so chuffed! Fantastic service! I sent off my housemate's irons Monday by recorded delivery and have just received them back fully working and they even returned the jiffy bag I sent them in the first time around. I was getting them repaired for her as a present for her birthday which happens t o be today so she'll be thrilled. Would definitely recommend :D
