Dropped in by appointment and had my wife's GHD 4.2B repaired within 20 mins. So impressed I also purchased a refurbished unit off the shelf because that has a one year warranty and is less than a third the price of the newest model that is not repairable. So now the boss will always have a reserve in case of another malfunction. Great service.
