Best service I could've asked for. So much cheaper than buying a new pair of GHDs and they work perfectly. Sent my straighteners in on Tuesday afternoon and they were given back to me on Thursday morning couldn't be more impressed!!

Excellent service,quickly repaired and received back on Easter Saturday,lightening service phew!! Hate being without my GHD's,alltough my hairdresser kindly leant me another pair.
Was a little worried about sending them but I'm so pleased I did my mark 5 pair are as good as new,reconditioned,repaired and pat tested.New cable and resistor( they were making a crackling noise/ burning smell).
Was going to attempt doing the repairs myself but knew they were tricky getting apart and back together and didn't want to risk further damage as welll as didn't know exactly what the fault was and how to deal with it.For th price you pay it wasn't worth the risk,so thank you and no new GHD irons required.

Brilliant - was unsure as my wifes straightener was 12 years old and there are so many options around. Sent on Tuesday and recieved back Thursday with warranty seal and notes of work done. Working fine and a happy wife as well husband for not having to buy a new one!
