Straighteners were delivered for repair on Monday morning and received them back, fully repaired and tested, Tuesday lunchtime! Fantastic service and daughter is so grateful as she's got them back in time for her holiday. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

Could not ask for a better service THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I originally emailed about my GHDs to which I got a speedy reply with advice on how I could try and fix them myself. I ended up sending them off on the Monday and got them back on the Thursday. 5 star service and very quick turnaround.

Best service I could've asked for. So much cheaper than buying a new pair of GHDs and they work perfectly. Sent my straighteners in on Tuesday afternoon and they were given back to me on Thursday morning couldn't be more impressed!!

Excellent service,quickly repaired and received back on Easter Saturday,lightening service phew!! Hate being without my GHD's,alltough my hairdresser kindly leant me another pair.
Was a little worried about sending them but I'm so pleased I did my mark 5 pair are as good as new,reconditioned,repaired and pat tested.New cable and resistor( they were making a crackling noise/ burning smell).
Was going to attempt doing the repairs myself but knew they were tricky getting apart and back together and didn't want to risk further damage as welll as didn't know exactly what the fault was and how to deal with it.For th price you pay it wasn't worth the risk,so thank you and no new GHD irons required.
