Outstanding service time after time! I cannot recommend highly enough. I've used this company a number of times over the years for straighteners repairs & recently a Helios hairdryer too and they just are brilliant. Super quick turnaround, fast & efficient and great communications. So worth the money, especially because GHDs are not cheap to replace! Massive appreciation for this unbelievable service :)

Like most of the other reviews, this is a fantastic service. I have used this service twice and have not been disappointed. I dispatched my straighteners on a Saturday morning and received them fully repaired on Tuesday, securely delivered. A truly quality service and jolly good value too! I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic service with an unbelievable turnaround. As I live local to their workshop, having arranged a fixed cost repair online for my Daughters ancient GHD hair straighteners. I delivered them to their workshop on a Monday morning, returned tested with replacement parts directly to her address by first class post the next day.
Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant service. Got both my hair dryer and straighteners repaired and I got them back within 2 days of posting! Much better to fix products than keep buying new ones! Would definitely use again and would highly recommend!
