Really impressed with this service. Told by GHD repair costs would be close to retail price of a new pair of straighteners. Sent on Friday, received working like new again the next day.

Evening I received an email saying it had been repaired, with all details of what they had done and was dispatched. Received my repaired GHD on Friday

We sent 6 pairs of ghd's for repair...as you can imagine they get used and abused in a salon. They were all returned incredibly fast and all working..! 6 pairs repaired for less than the cost of one new pair now that's a result.
Can't rate the service highly enough...we've had replacement cables from the company in the past too and they are not scared to share useful information here on their site either...just a shame they can't repair the Platinum models..but guess that's just a ghd thing wanting you to buy new irons rather than repair...!
