I was devastated when my GHD’s suddenly stopped working. Went online and found these guys, so immediately booked in and packed them up. This was Friday pm and as I got to the Post Office found out that I’d just missed the post so it wouldn’t have gone off until late Friday, I then received an email Saturday afternoon informing me that they had got them and carried out the repairs with a report of exactly what had been done. Got them back on the Tuesday. Fantastic service! Thank you

Ordered the repair service, but found the straighteners were working ok.
Trevor issued a refund immediately. Brilliant customer service and will definitely use in future if the straighteners are actually broken.
