I try to keep the price at a reasonable level which allows me to perform a successful and long lasting repair with a very fast turnaround.
I am aware that others may charge less but here you get what you have paid for, an engineer with over 25 years experience repairing complex electronics, 7 years experience repairing GHDs, qualified PAT tester and old enough (sadly) to know that customer safety is paramount and all repairs are completed with that uppermost in my mind. In practice that means changing mains cables where there is a slight burn mark that may become a safety issue if left. That is the type of area where we stand out from others.

5 star service I sent my x2 GHDs off on a Monday and got them both fixed by the Wednesday. I would 100% recommend this service they saved my GHDs that I would have otherwise thrown out. Thank you so much!

Brilliant service- just what it says on the tin. My straighteners arrived back within 2 days, good as new. Great value and great communication- rapidly fully refunded without even asking when I managed to pay twice because I thought my card hadn't worked when it had.
