Thermal fuse blown again

Hi, I fitted a new thermal fuse and thought great job done. Unfortunately not, switched on fine, bleep and they heated up but got too hot. Could smell them then the fuse went pop again. Both plates are showing about 65 ohms connected. What could be causing this? Thanks

Thermistor faulty or come unatached if both heaters are good.

I've had this happen a couple of times as well. What do you suggest I do if the thermistor is faulty, Webinfusion? Am I screwed in that case?

You either need to reattach the thermistor with some high temperature glue, or replace the heater element.
