Replacement plastic housing from a pair of GHD 4.2Bs. This is the switch side arm which the cable connects to in a matt black colour. Please note that there are a number of different variations of 4.2B case work so you need to check compatibility carefully. This arm is a type 1 arm as shown on the 4.2B page. This part is a 2nd hand and has been removed from a broken pair of GHDs.

Plastic moulding for GHD MS4.0 which holds the ceramic plates in place. These parts can sometimes break if the GHD's are dropped which means the heater plates can come loose. This part is 2nd hand and has been removed from a broken pair of GHDs.

70 Ohm replacement heater element removed from a pair of GHD SS4.0s. This measures 20mm x 70mm which is slightly larger than the elements used in other GHDs This part is a genuine GHD part, however is of course 2nd hand.

Cable swivel socket removed from a pair of GHD 4.2B or SS4.0. Not suitable for use with the GHD cables we sell. The brown wire is 112mm long and the blue wire is 89mm long. This part is 2nd hand and has been removed from a broken pair of GHDs.

FU1 for GHD 4.0 PCB

Brand new replacement fuse for GHD 4.0 PCB. This is an axial leaded green fuse marked with "5A LF" and "LF 250V". It measures 7.6mm x 3.7mm. Before replacing this part we recommend putting a single strand of wire in it's place and check the straighteners work correctly. If they do, then this is the correct fuse to use for a long term repair.
