Order Dispatch Times

We strive to provide a speedy delivery service whenever possible and like having happy (straight haired) customers. Therefore orders are normally dispatched next working day or faster. If you are in a real hurry, then please add a comment to that effect when you check out and we'll try to make sure delivery is as quick as possible.

UK Shipping

If you spend more than £4, then postage is free. Otherwise a £2 postage fee will be added when you check out your shopping cart. Shipping in the UK is done using Royal Mail 1st class post.

Your order should arrive within 2 working days of you recieving notification via email that your order has been completed. If your order does not arrive, please let us know.

International Shipping

Delivery times on international orders can vary. European deliveries normally take around a week. Destinations further afield can take longer - typically 2 weeks, but sometime 3 weeks. Please do get in touch with us if you are worried where your order might have got to. We are unable to provide tracking details, however we can give you a prediction on when you can hope to recieve it.
