Brand new replacement fuse for GHD 4.0 PCB. This is an axial leaded green fuse marked with "5A LF" and "LF 250V". It measures 7.6mm x 3.7mm.

Before replacing this part we recommend putting a single strand of wire in it's place and check the straighteners work correctly. If they do, then this is the correct fuse to use for a long term repair.
