Heater plate from a pair of GHD 3.1B, 4.0B or 4.1Bs (they all use the same heater plates). These are also compatible with 4.2B Type 1 GHDs (see this page for details of the different types).

24mm by 90mm in size.

This part is 2nd hand and has been removed from broken pair of GHD's. The surface finish of the plate is however in good condition.
