continuous beeping and not heating up!

Hi,
im really hoping someone can help me! iv had my ghd since christmas and have had no problems, my friends mother ordered three of them for me and my friends so im not sure if its real or not although i registered it on the website successfully!

im so dissappointed to find for the last week whrn i yurn it on it just beeps and doesn't heat up what can i do?

Please see http://www.ghd-repair.co.uk/mk4_debug.html for causes of this problem. If you have the receipt, then I'd suggest returning them under warranty. If you don't have the receipt, then try calling GHD anyway.
