Symptom Check!

I have GHD 3.1 B's and I am 99.99% sure they are real!

After dropping my GHDs they stopped working No LED, No Heat!

I have metered Thermal Fuse and its 0 ohms. All is fine!

I have metered both +ve and -ve cables and they are both 0 ohms. All is fine!

One heater measures 170 ohms HOWEVER the other measures infinite ohms!

From this list of symptoms does a replacements heater sound like a good solution?

Hi Dan,

Yep - if one of the heaters is dead, then the straighteners will be completely dead. Replace the heater and all should hopefully be ok.
